 This beautiful home is just 10 minutes away from public shorelines, unforgettable sunsets & Fisherman's Village. Enjoy 3 bedrooms (6 Beds) & 3 full baths for the whole family. Entertain all ages by playing pool or trying to win at poker. The coffee bar is 24/7 while your beverages are always cold in our extra cooler. The screened in lanai is perfect for relaxing in the hot tub, golf watching from the 15th hole, bird watching and beautiful sunsets.

Master Bedroom- King sized bed, Work station, 65" TV with Roku and Comcast programming. The private bath off the master treats you to an oversized walk-in shower, double sink, & ample storage for luggage and clothes.

Guest Room- The guest room has two queen beds, a closet for storage, and a 65" Tv with Roku and Comcast.

Living Room- Along with the couch for relaxing, we have a 75" TV with Roku along with Comcast Cable programming. For a family night of games, be sure to try out the Poker table complete with drink holders and a reversible top that changes to Craps & Black Jack underneath.

Coffee Bar- We provide a variety of K-Cups and a hybrid coffee/Keurig maker. There are also extra bar & alcohol necessities provided too.

Upstairs-  A super space for a family includes a day bed with a trundle underneath with  queen bed and full bathroom with tub. Newly felted 8ft pool table with multiple cue sticks.Another 75" TV with a couch and a Xbox One with multiple games (E-M). 

Lanai and Pool:  the lanai has two lounge chairs, a love seat with coffee table and a built in seating area with a small decorative table.  The pool is heated anywhere from 80 to 86 degrees and the attached spa that is now a HOT TUB!!

Burnt Store Isles is a deed restricted community that assures a safe and quiet stay. Our golf front home is walking distance away from Publix, Anytime Fitness, Walgreens, & other necessities. It is a friendly and walkable neighborhood. We are an easy 10 minute drive from downtown Punta Gorda and the beautiful sunset at Gilchrist Park.

You are 10 minutes away from Ponce de Leon Park and the stunning sunsets and boardwalk of Charlotte Harbor. It is truly a centrally located home for both relaxation and beauty!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
