Memories are made here!  Owner managed and serviced, we want you to RELAX!!!!  This home sits right on the shore with your private beach. We provide chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, Grill by gas or charcoal and coffee bar. Then.... enjoy the deck, taking in the beauty and unimpeded view of waves, dolphins and birds. This beachfront home easily accommodates 13, boasting of three king beds, a modern bunk room and three baths, all with showers, two with tubs. This home is continually updated each year, with rave reviews for its comfort and amenities.

PETS:  Must be pre-approved, non-shedding with a pet fee, possible deposit and signed addendum.

THREE full bathrooms.

A loaded kitchen with pots and pans, oil for the griddle grill outside and all kinds of utensils. The charcoal grill and Gas grill gives you a choice of outside cooking. The gathering space under the home is spacious for outside eating with one picnic tables and extra chairs.

Watch the Blue Angels fly by over the sea during their practice times.  Unique to this area are hiking trails and the Fort Morgan Historical Site, dating back to the World Wars and Spanish American War.

Charcoal or Gas? We have both and no need to get your own gas, it's included! We want your visit to be stress free, so message us with any questions.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
